PROGRAMMING PRINCIPLES UNDAF COMPANION GUIDANCE

This document is intended to assist UN Country Teams (UNCTs) to better apply the four programming principles underpinning the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF). To be meaningful, all four programming principles should be applied in an integrated manner through all stages of the process. The guidance therefore focuses on bringing forward key questions that should be asked at all the different stages of preparing the UNDAF as well as subsequent implementation and monitoring.
