United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres appointed Ms. Joanna Kazana-Wisniowiecki of Poland as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Trinidad and Tobago, with the host government’s approval. United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres appointed Mr. Adam Abdelmoula of Sudan as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Syria. He will also serve as Humanitarian Coordinator. He took up his post on May 14.

The Government of Ghana with the support of the UN is now taking steps to promote organic fertilizer production and uptake among farmers.
